Chapter one

March 25, 2010 by · No Comments · Uncategorized

In chapter one the things that I will remember the most are the counties of Washington. I learned there are 39 different counties in Wasington, this is important because without the counties we wouldn’t have a fair goverment!

I thought the Crusades Wiki Assinment was…

March 3, 2010 by · No Comments · Uncategorized

I thought the crusades wiki assinment was okay, I liked the sights we got to use but I thought I was rushed a little at the end, my final project itself could of been more “meatier”. I thought mine perticular page was pretty good, but would of been better if I had more time. I thought that the project progress itself was not what I expected. And the sites we used were cool, but not all of them were useful for me. But I really liked Diigo because it was easy to use, but I disliked the website citations because it was hard for me to find al that information on the website i chose.

Muhammad Book

I thought that I did well/liked this project because I am more of a hands-on learner.  I did well on the product and had a lot of extra credit, if I could change it I would add more color to all of the finished product. I learned that Muhammad influenced the Arabian Peninsula by proving  what he believed in… like Martin Luther King Jr.  Lastly I perfer projects because I find out more about the subject when trying to find pictures for the subject.

This Week I Learned..

IThis week was very fun in the lab.  I have to admitt I had some trouble finding information on “Dogs In The Middle Ages”. But  I love googling things. So I had a blast learning about dogs.  I wish this was the way we do every thing in class.

1. My favorite part of “The Church poem was the rhyming, it was challenging but pretty fun!

2. If  I could do it over again I would probably draw the pictures.  It would look more neat.

3. The most inportant teaching tool I used would be the book because thats where I got most of my information.

4. The only other thought I have is that I think we should of gotten more time, I would of  done much better… I think.

The most interesting thing I learned over the time we have been studying feudalism is probably that the knights die in tournaments wrather than in battle sometimes.  I mean when you make an oath tord your lord aren’t you saying you fight and protect his (and part of your) land? When you die in a tournament you just die and don’t protect the lords land! I think it is pretty dumb to fight to the death in a tournament!
